Truest statement of the week

I mean in the context of things, it's been quite remarkable as we've brought this to our listeners' attention over many years. And Heidi [Boghosian], you in particular, who have been working on the case and visiting for many years. I mean, here he is, no longer on death row. He's still in solitary but will be moved, we hope, to general population. And of course it's still thirty years and you can't get over thirty years and it's right now facing a life imprisonment sentence so it's still very difficult. But you look for -- I wouldn't call the difference between life and death a small victory -- it's a huge victory against the state. I mean, we shouldn't deny that it's the people's support that really made a difference here.
