The US military divides up Baghdad


What's the illustration above? The way the US military now draws up Baghdad. You'll note that for some reason, they don't see the Sadr district as a troubling hot spot. You may also note they've got the deep ethnic divides they promoted.
Though you may not have seen the map or heard of it, Ned Parker and Ali Hamdani (Times of London) broke the story last Thursday.
