Having bored us with repeats throughout the fall -- some of which they imported from HULU, DISNEY+, PARAMOUNT+ and elsewhere, the networks are supposedly finally returning with programming meant to enjoy. Really? Have they looked at the mystery meat that they're serving up?
1) STUPID PET TRICKS
Sarah Silverman tries to pretend she has a heart by recycling this tired and old bit from David Letterman's 1980s talk show.
2) DATELINE WEEKEND MYSTERY
NBC really has nothing to offer and dips further into the toilet with yet another DATELINE show.
3) BAD ROMANCE: A SPECIAL EDITION OF 20/20
Believe it or not, once upon a time 20/20 was an actual news magazine like 60 MINUTES. Now days, it's JERRY SPRINGER.
4) ANYTHING ON THE CW
The only thing worse than NBC is THE CW which will continue to airing repeats. In fact, their big upcoming move? Turning Sunday nights over to THE CW SUNDAY NIGHT MOVIE. If that's not bad enough, the last 30 minutes of their schedule will air THE CONNERS. New episodes of the sitcom? No. Reruns. That's what a garbage dump THE CW has become.
5) JUDGE STEVE HARVEY
ABC keeps trying with Steve Harvey in prime time. It never works, but they keep trying. This go round, Steve Harvey pretends he's JUDGE JUDY. Didn't we all suffer enough with LITTLE BIG SHOTS?
6) WE ARE FAMILY
Steve, take comfort in the fact that you're not Anthony Anderson. In this 'game show,' Anthony and his overrated mother (who has not captured America's heart and refuses to go away) try to entertain you. Only on FOX, right?
7) 20/20
How do you make a piece of garbage worse? Airing two hours of it in a row on Friday nights. Is anyone at ABC NEWS proud of this embarrassment?
8) WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN
A show so bad, even THE CW dropped it. If you wondering how low FOX can sink, grasp that as bad as it currently is, things can and will get much worse.
9) I AM
Another program that THE CW swipes from Canada while pretending they're making their own programs. They're not. They are a channel of reairs.
10) THE WALL
This NBC 'game show' has been on for years and its ratings are so bad that they don't even try to pretend by including them in their WIKIPEDIA entry.
