YOUTUBE repeatedly notes on any political content currently "The AP has called the presidential race for Joe Biden" in a statement below the videos.
We're confused. We thought the US Constitution only had 27 amendments. Apparently, there are 28 with the 28th being, "The AP shall create the presidency." Help us out, did we hold a national convention to pass that amendment or did the Congress pass it? Maybe it was UPI?
We do have a system for declaring a winner already in place and, no, it doesn't include AP.
