Editorial: The warning flare no one noticed

Violence continues in Iraq.  This includes violence carried out by the government against the Iraqi people who have been protesting for months now.

If, in February, this shocks you, we're guessing you missed the warning flare that was shot up into the sky back in December.

The Iraqi Observatory for Human Rights will not be issuing its annual report this year. The world has heard and seen everything. Iraqis are killed in plain sight.
