    We informed that Iraq was not a threat, invading Iraq would be illegal, and an invasion and occupation would be utterly disastrous. He supported it anyway. It was not a "mistake." It was a war crime of epic proportions. Biden belongs in The Hague, not in the White House.

Are you saying he should be on trial for supporting Maliki while he was Vice President, or that any member of Congress who voted for the Iraq war should be put on trial?
