Did you enjoy the album CHER SINGS THE SONGS OF DYLAN?

If not, maybe you never heard it.

Maybe because it's still not released.

From 1965 to 1969, hit making solo artist Cher covered ten Dylan songs.

Surprisingly, these have never been repackaged as a solo album.

1) "All I Really Want To Do"

2) "Blowin' In The Wind"

3) "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right."

4) "Like A Rolling Stone"

5) "I Want You"

6) "The Times They Are a-Changin'"

7) "Masters of War"

8) "Tonight I'll Be Staying Here With You"

9) "I Threw It All Away"

10) "Lay Baby Lay"

Her work is important because she had the hit with "All I Really Want To Do" (beating The Byrds) but also because her work was important.

Cher wasn't a folkie.

She popularized Dylan's work to non-folkies.

She also wasn't Joan Baez -- Cher had hits in the sixties (and seventies, and eighties and nineties and '00s . . .).
