A note to our readers

Hey --

A Monday.  First, we thank all who participated this edition which includes Dallas and the following:

The Third Estate Sunday Review's Jim, Dona, Ty, Jess and Ava,
Rebecca of Sex and Politics and Screeds and Attitude,
Betty of Thomas Friedman Is a Great Man,
C.I. of The Common Ills and The Third Estate Sunday Review,
Kat of Kat's Korner (of The Common Ills),
Mike of Mikey Likes It!,
Elaine of Like Maria Said Paz),
Cedric of Cedric's Big Mix,
Ruth of Ruth's Report,
Wally of The Daily Jot,
Trina of Trina's Kitchen,
Marcia of SICKOFITRDLZ,
Stan of Oh Boy It Never Ends,
Isaiah of The World Today Just Nuts,
and Ann of Ann's Mega Dub.

And what did we come up with?

Bruce A. Dixon racks up another truest.  And we wish everyone would make this their own personal mantra -- Dixon's words apply across the board.
Thomas Gaist grabs another.

What message does it send to the Iraqi people when the US President and the Russian President battle over the next-door neighbor Syria?

I (Jim) agree with Ava and C.I., why is ABC trying to ape DALLAS instead of their own 80s hit (DYNASTY)?

We'll be taking our daughter to the Peanuts movie but I'm still surprised that a movie's coming out next month when I haven't heard one word about it.
Inspired by The Telegraph of London doing the same with Dolly Parton (who is an amazing songwriter as well).
Truly the best thing of the week -- possibly the month.

The four killed matter so much to her that she doesn't even mention them by name?  Uh-huh.
What we listened to while writing this edition.
The return of Highlights -- boy, did many of you complain about this not being in the most recent editions.

Peace.

-- Jim, Dona, Ty, Jess, Ava and C.I.
