A note to our readers

Hey --

Tuesday morning.  And we're done.

Let's thank all who participated this edition which includes Dallas and the following:

The Third Estate Sunday Review's Jim, Dona, Ty, Jess and Ava,
Rebecca of Sex and Politics and Screeds and Attitude,
Betty of Thomas Friedman Is a Great Man,
C.I. of The Common Ills and The Third Estate Sunday Review,
Kat of Kat's Korner (of The Common Ills),
Mike of Mikey Likes It!,
Elaine of Like Maria Said Paz),
Cedric of Cedric's Big Mix,
Ruth of Ruth's Report,
Wally of The Daily Jot,
Trina of Trina's Kitchen, Marcia of SICKOFITRDLZ,
Stan of Oh Boy It Never Ends,
Isaiah of The World Today Just Nuts,
and Ann of Ann's Mega Dub.

And what did we come up with?

Margaret Kimberley gets another truest.
Ann Garrison gets another truest.
Our Iraq editorial.  Though we grabbed from C.I.'s snapshot for this, she didn't help us with this.  She and Ava did a lot more this edition.
Like this amazing piece explaining the new cult and its speaker are the new Jimmy Swaggart -- hate, hate, hate.  That's what Hannah preaches.
Our latest roundtable.  We cover film, Iraq, peace, books, TV and more.
Ava and C.I. wrote three pieces this edition.  In this article, they're addressing the attacks on Hillary Clinton in 2008 -- from the left, including Barack Obama.  And how after these attacks, including charges of racism, Hillary was not going to be president.  These attacks could not be overcome.
Ava and C.I. have little respect for the uninformed who showed up to support Hillary in 2016 but couldn't support her in 2008.
Cedric lists ten books that matter to him.

He nailed it.
Marcia lists ten books that matter to her.
Cynthia McKinney.
A look at book coverage in the community.
What we listened to while writing.

A look back at some of the community's best pieces.

See you next week.

Peace,

-- Jim, Dona, Ty, Jess, Ava and C.I.
