Also, Russia’s Patriarch expressed great concern regarding the FUKUS Syria strike in this weekend’s phonecall with the Pope. Both have been discussing the persecution of Christians by “rebels” in the region, as a result of (attempted) regime change, for years.

  • This won’t be a New York Times front page story today: Syria’s three major churches condemn the US-British-French airstrikes against the Syrian state, declaring that Assad protects Syria’s Christian minority and noting that this aggression will only encourage jihadist groups.

Funny how little we hear about Jaish-al-Islam, the Islamist fanatics who were in control of Douma at the time of claims of a gas attack. For instance, Jaish-al-Islam were *themselves* accused of using gas in Aleppo against Kurds in 2016:
  • Remember when mainstream media outlets called in unison for regime change in Saudi Arabia because of its barbaric bombing and starvation of Yemen? Oh, yeah. That's right. Never happened. Because they were too busy telling us how much of a “reformer” Mohammad Bin Salman is. 🙄
  • “The Syria attack reveals the hypocrisy of the West – which fuels the Saudi-led bombing campaign in Yemen despite documented abuses – but relies on unverified claims to punish Syria.”

And what was the strategy under your boss Obama’s administration? Giving arms, money and training to the jihadist terrorists who sought to topple Syria’s secular government and replace it with a Saudi-Arabia-style regime?

Why are we helping commit a genocide in Yemen while also bombing Syria cuz we care about people? And you know you'll NEVER ask that question cuz ur owned and have no actual integrity or courage.
    Jimmy Dore added,
  • “The al-Qaeda linked group which originated the claims of a government orchestrated chemical attack on civilians in Syria’s Douma, called the Army of Islam, is and has always been state sponsored by Saudi Arabia.”

This is why we have PERPETUAL WAR, cuz "News" anchors are stenographers to power. Can you imagine covering Iraq & Libya and then tweeting something like this? News media is as bad if not worse than when we went into Iraq, these are the willing tools of warmongers with zero shame.

No congressional approval. No international consensus. No investigation of the alleged chemical attack and no evidence of the Syrian government being behind it either. Shameful.

Leave it to John McCain to keep the drums of war beating. He won’t be satisfied until the secular Syrian government is overthrown and his jihadist buddies declare a new caliphate from Damascus. Lunacy.

So now that we’re sending cruise missiles into countries to send a message to brutal dictators who massacre children, when do the air strikes on Saudi Arabia begin?
  • Sarah Abdallah Retweeted Samantha Power
Save it, Power. If you were so concerned about Syrian civilians being massacred, you and the rest of the Obama administration wouldn’t have backed jihadist death squads from the start.

John McCain, who has backed the jihadist gangs tearing Syria apart from day one, literally applauds the illegal military strikes on Syria and typically calls for even more war. Color me shocked.

  • “Damascus has come under attack by the US, France and the UK at a time when Syria is returning to peaceful life, after battling a terrorist aggression for years.”
